4 Important Things to Know About Your Estimate

1. We can come to your home, inspect your current roof and give you an estimate (NOTE: Never attempt to climb up onto your roof yourself).
   
2. Ask us for several names and phone numbers of customers in your area, so you can see and hear about the contractor's work first-hand.
   
3. Make sure your contractor gives you a written estimate. Your estimate should include:
• All materials, including flashing, trim and underlayment
• Labor
• Building Permits
• Any tear-off, removal and disposal of waste and old roofing (if necessary)
• An agreement that if the contractor runs into structural damage due to leaking, they will notify you before proceeding (if possible)
• Job completion date and schedule.
  
4. Be sure the contractor you are working with is fully insured, and obtains the necessary building permits before beginning installation of your new metal roof.
